Thumper: Overpowered
Migraine: Overpowered/played
Tained/Hexes: Overpowered on heroes, average on players...
Yeah, your build will work, just like any other build that abused: Rit healing, soul reaping, thumpers, migraine, fire dmg, splinter weapon etc
Problem is there is more overpowered stuff out there: Rspike, regular dual migraine with 2Me, 2N, 3Mo and warrior or something, etc...

False. It's significantly easier to diversion a Hero's Tainted considering they cast right through it. It is the other shit that heroes are way better at than real people (raising/bombing minions, hex spreading)

... just wow
As for the build, you probably are going to want multiple thumpers. The only real differences I see from the conventional build is the addition of the migraine and the extra monk(s). This stuff works, just don't expect to win more than the first few maps with it.

thx for your input, yea i haven't played in a long time and I just came back but after watching some more HoH i see what you mean lol. Is it more common to run a 2 monk backline now or is 3 still better? Since its not holding anymore I would think it would be easier with 2 and 1 support but do ppl still do 3?

include attributes or it's going down within 24 hours, along with your full monk backline.

This build tries to do a little of everything, but fails at it in general. You have hexes, but is it enough to slow down a team from killing? You have a thumper, but how good is one lone thumper? You have weaker relic capabilities than most teams. You try to mix in a real monk backline with the spiritway trash backline. This is like an attempt to mix in broken and balanced, and it's ugly.

I fully agree with you, Heroes fail at cancelling skills, but they DO (sometimes) AND, by the time the 50 seconds taint wears off, the fights is pretty much over... So diversion taint = throwing ice cubes at the sun... The ONLY reason why you shouldn't take hero MM is because they can't weapon switch on their own, can't relic run, and get bodyblocked/spiked like crazy... (Which still doesn't outweigh the insane use of deathnova/minnions etc...)
Meh, srry for off topic post, what has got to be said has got to be said

How does that make it overrun and overpowered? Dual migraine has been around for so long. It wasn't overpowered back then, and it isn't overpowered now. It's easy to play and it is effective, which is why it cycles into halls every now and again.
If it's a problem for you, then bring 3 monks. You could also tell your monks to play intelligently (I hear preveil is pretty good).

On double fame weekend all the builds I ran had a tainted and a mirror. If the build had a mesmer, then the mesmer diversioned the tainted and mirrored it off their team. It is that easy.
Heroes lack free thinking. They are only good on the lower maps (annihilation). How the hell can they be overpowered? There is way more downside than upside.
